About us

Over the last 4 years we have scaled over 100 startups.

Back in 2015, Tom and Tristan founded a mobile app startup. From raising money to finding successful channels to market they had to learn the hard way how to build a growth engine.

In 2019 they came back together to build Growth Division. Over the last 4 years they’ve built and scale over 100 startups and driven £10’s of millions in revenue for the businesses they have worked with.
